Kauai Lightworker Retreat

The Kauai Lightworker Retreat is a special seven day program of cleansing, activation, and healing in the Light. This retreat is for Lightworkers who are currently enrolled in the Mirabai Devi Lightworker Training and have completed at least one training session.

During this sacred time, we will be deeply focused on opening our hearts and minds to be of greatest service to humanity, Mother Earth and to our innermost self. The retreat will feature the following work with Mirabai:

A very special Light transmission in the ocean, on Anini Beach- one of Kauai’s most beautiful beaches.

In addition to our work with Mirabai at the Lightworker Retreat, there will be a wide range of activities to maximize our integration of this powerful work, and there will be free time to follow your heart. Planned group activities include:

• yoga
• spiritual practice
• sound healing
• jungle hikes
• waterfall adventures

We will also visit sacred places such as a meditation cave, a temple, and spiritual gateways on Kauai for profound prayer and reflection.

Kauai

The mystical island of Kauai is a lush tropical paradise. Many say Kauai already vibrates in the “5th dimension,” a frequency of Light in which manifestations occur very quickly. Living in this frequency of Light allows for unparalleled opportunities of rapid personal growth and spiritual transformation. All of this completely surpasses what our minds can comprehend, and we feel profoundly supported in realizing our heart’s deepest desires.

The Retreat House

Our private retreat house is situated in a secluded area of extraordinary beauty. This will be where all participants will meet daily — the central “heart space” for magical transformation. Housing accommodations are available in the Retreat House for an additional fee on a first come, first serve basis. Lodging, Transportation & Food

Lodging

For an additional accommodation fee, Lightworkers who attend the Kauai Lightworker Retreat may choose to stay on-site at the retreat house. Spaces in the retreat house are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to how people’s needs correspond with the retreat house space and configuration. If you would like to stay in the Anini Retreat House, please fill out the Anini Retreat House Application. We will contact you to confirm if your reservation is available and to make payment arrangements.

If you are not staying in the retreat house, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodations. We have researched a number of nearby housing/accommodation options to assist you in making other arrangements. Our retreat house is located on Anini Beach. If you choose to seek out your own accommodations, we ask that you be located on the North or East shores of Kauai, ideally between the towns of Princeville and Anahola.

Transportation

Lightworkers are responsible for providing their own transportation to this retreat. For those individuals not staying in the main retreat house, you will also be responsible for transportation to and from the retreat house each day. We encourage Lightworkers who are not staying in the retreat house to collaborate and share the cost of renting a car or other vehicle with your fellow Lightworkers. Food

We will have an organic vegetarian chef who will be preparing our meals for the duration of the Kauai Lightworker Retreat. The cost of the retreat includes delicious organic, vegetarian meals plus snacks for each participant. We are  able to address special dietary needs for vegans or individuals with food sensitivities/allergies, so please let us know what your needs are when filling out the Online Registration Form.

Questions & Concerns

We will do our best to meet any personal needs your have during your stay in Kauai and want to make sure you arrive safely and are well taken care of once you are here. If you have any additional questions regarding food, lodging, or transportation arrangements during your stay, please include them at the end of the registration form, and we will get back to you!

Additional Health & Wellness Options

During the retreat you will have the opportunity to enhance your experience of healing, opening, and inner transformation with a private session with Mirabai, bodywork, massage and other healing modalities. These services will be available once you arrive in Kauai for an additional fee. Requirements

To be elligible to come to the Kauai Lightworker Retreat you must:

• be currently enrolled in the Mirabai Devi Lightworker Training and have
• completed at least one Lightworker Training Session

Retreat Tuition & Costs

2011 Total Retreat Tuition: $1495.00

The tuition cost of the retreat is $1495.00 (U.S. dollars only) and includes:

• 7 days of teaching
• Guided meditation, Light transmission, group and individual healing, Lightworker Activation, and a very special Light transmission (darshan) in the ocean
  
• All scheduled group activities
• Delicious, organic vegetarian meals plus snacks

Not included in the retreat:

• Cost of travel
• Lodging (lodging in the Anini Retreat House is a separate option)
• Travel Insurance (optional)
• Rental Cars or personal ground transportation
• Breakfast
• Any optional sessions / services you choose to receive (private sessions, massages, etc.)

Registration & Payment

Payment Schedule:

The following payment plans are available to all Lightworkers.

You must make your non-refundable down payment of at least $395.00 (U.S. dollars only) at the time of registration to reserve your spot in the Retreat. You may also make your down payment + first installment or pay for the retreat in full. Please follow the PayPal instructions after you have submitted your registration form to complete this process. If you do not pay for the retreat in full at the time of registration, we will need to collect payment information from you to make ongoing payments according to the payment schedule above. Please be prepared to provide your payment information for ongoing payments. This includes your phone number and the following:

Retreat Cancellations

The following cancellation charges apply:

Non-refundable deposit: $395 due by August 15^th, 2011

61-90 Days before departure: 25% of total cost is non-refundable

31-60 Days before departure: 50% of total cost is non-refundable

1-30 Days before departure: 75% of total cost is non-refundable

No Shows: 100% non-refundable of total cost

Anini Beach Retreat House Accommodation Options

(w/pricing for your 8-night stay, not including tuition cost)

We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to book overnight accommodations at our private retreat house. Because it is situated in a secluded area of extraordinary beauty, we anticipate most Lightworkers who purchase overnight accommodations will choose to stay on the property without leaving for meals.

 Therefore we have contracted with our chef to prepare daily breakfast and other meals not included in the tuition cost. These meals will be provided to all individuals who purchase overnight accommodations at the retreat house. This will allow you the opportunity to have three full meals daily without leaving the property.

 So please note the total cost of your accommodations includes the room charge, taxes, and any additional meals not already included in the retreat tuition. All payments will be accepted in US dollars only.

If you wish to book accommodations in the Anini Retreat House, please fill out this separate Anini Retreat House Application form. Mark your preferred package, and we will follow up with you to let you know if the requested package is available and to make payment arrangements. Thank you!
